Pre-grinding heavy burrs and surface finishing in one pass at multiple head machines
Edge break/fine finishing with brush or disc
Removing of laser oxide with special brushes
Application

1. To remove standing burrs from laser-cutting, punched parts of stainless steel, mild steel,alu,etc;
2. Obtain the finest finish in one pass
3. Deburr, edge break ,finishing  of metal in one pass
4. Used for  metals, including aluminum, iron & stainless steel, copper, etc

Working width up to: 400mm,600mm,1100mm,1300mm,1600mm.;
Multiple heads available:1,with abrasive belt, to remove heavy burrs and oxide skin
                     2,with Scotch-brite brush or abrasive belt for fine finishing
                     3,with disc for edge break or rounding
